California: not so golden state

The so-called Camp Fire in California has been fueled by strong winds and dry forest across 20,000 acres. Thousands have been evacuated from the region, including from schools and hospitals. A second wildfire is said to have scorched 10,000 acres – a few miles from the scene of a mass shooting in Thousands Oaks that claimed 12 lives on Wednesday.

If wild fires and wild shooting were not enough, thousands of Californians are also without power. Our sympathies are with Californians.
