In a split vote, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has given UnitedHealth Group anti-trust approval to buy DaVita’s primary and urgent care unit for $4.3 billion. The FTC approved the deal on condition that UnitedHealth sell a Las Vegas, Nevada facility to Intermountain Healthcare.
