Returned Goods

Returned goods are handled in accord with client’s instructions. For each “returned item” there is a standard charge of $3.40. When packaging is damaged, it will be photographed, and a copy emailed to the client for information and/or instructions.

If required and requested by the client, packages may be opened and processed according to client’s requests which may include, but are not limited to:

  • determining if the goods can be repackaged and resold.
  • establishing if the goods should be returned (at cost) to the client.
  • donated to an appropriate charity.


What we advise against is simply placing goods in a garbage bin which leaves the product susceptible to so-called “dumpster-divers” who may attempt to resell products and, thus, potentially damage the client’s brand.
